(Click Pinco's UI *Latest Version*) on the right then click Download (Green Download Box)
After opening Zip file
there will be 11 files
Drag and drop them (copy paste, or extract) into the EC Root folder

Then Scroll down and Find UI Patcher.exe
***RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR***

Fully finish the patch without closing! It takes around 30-60minutes to do the whole patch. LET IT FINISH!
(if you dont you will have to start all over again)

After installing patch, Run UO Patcher, sign into the game fully onto a character then follow the prompts.
After the patch is done and signed in, close UO EC down and you can restart normally as before.
Last! Make sure UOCartographer has Both Checked Boxes in Options, and make sure the path is correct!
