I installed and patched UO Enhanced Client and Pinco UI. When I click on the start UO patcher or start UO game it tells me that EC PlaySound has stopped working i would really like to get this problem resolved. What can I do?

EC PlaySound has stopped working

first of all make sure you have all the requirements:

I have gone through all of the system requirements and downloaded all of them and installed. Then I gave administrator privileges to all of the files in my Electronic Arts folder I and still getting the same "EC PlaySound has stopped working" message.
