EC Pinco's UI Issue

Let me start by apologizing for any errors in this post as I am sending it from work on my iphone.

I discovered today that I am unable to buy from player vendors while using the EC with Pinco's. I can open the bag for the vendor, but when I click on the item I want to buy I have no options to purchase. I'm hoping it is just user error, but can anyone help me out here? I hope you see this Adrianas, I was told to seek you out since you use this UI. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me.

I have had this happen too. Not sure why.

uncheck "enable quick loot on all containers"
