what is the easiest way to get 120 imbuing scroll? Use scroll binder and 115's, or use relic fragments, or is there a better way?

10 15's would be 500 essence which is much better than 50 relics.
Eat whatever scroll ya got. I'd say 115. Get better gains when you cap is higher.
