Does anyone know until which day will the Easter Goose be able to be collected ?

Once collected, will it still be able to give the egg also past the goose collection deadline ?

The statue on Sonoma says it has 12 hours left, so I'm guessing that all of the statues will disappear around 6 pm Eastern Daylight Time tomorrow (Sunday). I don't know the answer to your second question.
