Easter Event question (possible spoilers)

Just trying to find Gregor Holms. Says he's somewhere NE of Yew Bank... I'm not sure that's actually true. Spent an hour or so running through the forest NE of Yew Bank, E of Yew Bank, SE of Yew Bank, and through areas SW, W, and NW of Yew Bank. Nowhere to be found.

Does anybody actually know where he is?

I'm completely clueless on this, I can't even find the right Farm with the Red Chicken.

Guess I'll have to try a little harder tonight. Untill then, I'm very very lost
