ea.support.com old tickets history : where do I find them ??

I am in need to find some of my old tickets to ea.support.com for info contained in them which I need to retrieve. I tried logging in with my support e-mail but I cannot seem to find the archived old tickets (my queries and ea's replies) nowhere.

The tickets history was at the "My Questions" link after login at ea.support.com
But I simply cannot find the "My Questions" link after login to support........

Where are they archived ? How can I access them ?
