Hello Flutter,

It is possible that the card was flagged for fraud prevention. EA does have some pretty strict guidelines that flag cards. Please send an e-mail from the e-mail associated with the account to [email protected] detailing the problem. Be sure to include the following account information:
  • Name of the account:
  • First and Last name on account:
  • Email on account:
  • Date of birth on account:
  • Any codes activated on the account:
  • Any character names found on the account:
  • Phone number on the account:
  • Any secret words associated with the account:
Though I cant look up you account directly, if you send me a PM with the e-mail address you sent it from, I can chase down someone in billing to see if they can fix it.
