It is possible that the card was flagged for fraud prevention. EA does have some pretty strict guidelines that flag cards. Please send an e-mail from the e-mail associated with the account to
[email protected] detailing the problem. Be sure to include the following account information:
- Name of the account:
- First and Last name on account:
- Email on account:
- Date of birth on account:
- Any codes activated on the account:
- Any character names found on the account:
- Phone number on the account:
- Any secret words associated with the account:
Though I cant look up you account directly, if you send me a PM with the e-mail address you sent it from, I can chase down someone in billing to see if they can fix it.
