Give as much detail as you can, including your sims oops i mean avatar's name, dates you noticed what missing, even mention approx value of your lost items.

Yeah EA stole a crafted computer from me and thats all i noticed at least, lol.. The only problem with the e-mail is that they want you to tell them how to recreate the bug and I dont think there is a way to recreate something poofing, lol.

Yeah I got the same response. I replied with "I didn't do anything, you broke it." Still no reply.
