EA customerservice mail.. Jeremy please !!

sooo i need help with the account transfer , no response since the mail I got right after I phoned em , and they said 24-48 hours.. and its 48 hours ++++ now

so I mail em on [email protected] , the mail they wrote to me from and what happens ????

What the hell ???? please for the love of god , can I get a hand here.. the last phone call cost me 25$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could have sworn a day or three ago, i saw someone post on these boards that they were told from a live person on phone customer service, that customer service was being moved from india to the us. That the india CS support had been closed. if this was true, perhaps the mail in customer service part had also been closed for the move.

Yes the person I spoke to on the phone said they where moving it to the US , and alot of it was closed down atm , but hey they need to let us know it then , or have some one to handle stuff like account xferes until they back up and running... this is not good customer service !!!!

Not been able to get online for the last few days.. i check email.. and guesse what.. STILL NO REPLY !!!

This is just.... i dont have words for this level of customer service....

Am I reading this right? You are using the account transfer service provided BY EA to make sure everything goes okay and is legit, but you can't get help FROM EA to complete it???
