I am appaled at customer service and product quality in all areas, from everyday to professional products.
It's pretty sad that almost all of the consumer goods are like this in one way or another.

what?! what place charged you? and true enough but customer service really needs to be improved.. businesses in general need to understand if not for their customers they wouldn' be around..At least they don't charge 2$ just to talk to a customer service rep. I had to call this place 4 times to get my answer, Was charged each time.
