Dynamic Objects/Corpse Loot Missing

Just reinstalled after being gone for a while. I've got everything set up the way I like it again, but I'm missing the buttons that hover over my unlooted corpses. I think there used to be a Dynamic objects bar that hovered over that I clicked on to change those options, but I cant find it. I tried resetting the UI and closing windows. Also don't seem to see an option for it in the settings.

Escape-User settings-Options(scroll to the middle)-interface-Object handle filter, now set it to dynamic

Under the Actions menu and the "Other" sub menu - "Switch Object Handle". Drag it to a hotbar. Click on it once to toggle between dynamic, corpse etc.
