I just reforged a pair of leggings and got the desired 150 luck but also came out with Durability +100%

Does the durability +100% count towards the weight and things imbued?

I seem to remember that it falls off but I do not want to powder these leggings if I am stuck with that mod counting against the weight and imbues.

Yes many people (including myself) would consider this a wasted mod. It takes up an imbuing slot.
