Wha does this mean?

You hit monster and 20% of the damage you do is leached into your hps

ie if u hit for 60 damage then you would recieve +12 to your hps (does not gain above your max hp)

I'm not sure since it's been so long since I thought about this, but the life leech from VE derives from the base damage should in your stats, not the damage you hit the monster for, right?
