Dumb question about TC

Hi, I was going to test out house placement on the test center but it says my char has to be 15 days old, I know there must be a way around this because I see placed houses, and test was just wiped a few days ago....so does anyone know how to get around it?

I tried on both my accounts and the profile for any char I make there says "age unknown" or something like that!

Any help would be Greatly appreciated!
