Dual wield special

Is this affected by the 1.25 second swing speed cap? If so wouldn't this special be rendered useless as it's supposed to allow you to swing faster...

Unless for some reason you've got uber low dex and don't already swing at cap with this fast weapon...

It just saddens me that I never see a set of tekagi worth using. If I had a crafter I would like to make some, but I don't. I like playing a sneaky ninja, Having the SSI from dual wield is only useful if it all if the weapon has a crappy SSI or none at all, and/or you got low stamina. other than that I haven't found much other use for the ability. I do like using talon stike though, it's fun to use for testing purposes.

Yeah you are pretty much correct. I have some good tekagi's, but that is exactly the thing. A good weapon with no SSI and then you want to use the move to get a faster kick speed...but it is all irrelevant if you are already swinging with capped dexterity for the most part anyways.

Aside from that, why spend 30 mana for such a short and unreliable duration?...especially when the only one who can "benefit" is someone with ninjitsu.
