GM or GM+ Fishing = 25% Chance to pull up Osiredon.

Verified code is currently checking GM or Greater (ie >= 1000 skill)

Drop rate numbers are in line with Scalis drop rates.


The more characters that receive looting rights means that there are more rolls but the base chance remains the same for each roll.
