Drop off PVP bag?

At my vendor house two screens west of the brit gate fel I have noticed several items being dropped in the bag next to my front door. I assume these are items that were lost at death during PVP. The items are not great by any means, but if you lost some during pvp you may want to come take a look. And you guys are welcome to drop stuff there whenever you wish.
