Drop Down Menu Gump Probem

Hey guys.. if someone could help with this, it'd be great. I've tried using EA'S help system and wow, what a mess... complicated, probably because of my problem seems to be quite rare or something... anyway..

I can't access any form of Gump menu (it won't drop down, y'know). From pets (which for some reason, I cannot access packs on Giant Beetles... it only mounts on double, nothing on single click either. However double click on a pack horse brings up pack.) Can't access vendors by gump... or anything for that matter.

Whats the deal?

If you're playing KR, you have to use Shift Right Click to open those gumps. If you're playing on 2d, got me

In the options page under the mouse symbol there is an option for "context menu" with the shift button. Make sure this is checked or unchecked as you would have it. It must be currently checked now.
