Dried herb spawn and salting Sea serpent steaks

hiya folks,
I'm having trouble salting sea serpent steaks. ALl I see in the cooking menu is for Bar B Q sea serpent steaks which requires dried herbs for seasoning.

Am I missing something somewhere? Also I haven,t seen any dried herbs spawned in the floating market since 6 AM although I have seen salt spawn about 7 times now. This is on Chesapeake shard.

I left a help request on teh non spawning herbs. I even had menu open as the salt spawned , so I dont think someone is hiding and buying.

Salted Sea Serp Steaks are from Ancient SoS as previously stated, dried herbs are an item stolen from town chests.
