Dressing up hirelings

Will I ever be able to dress my hire-lings? I picked Hannah and Ricardo the Sailors up in plank town and they're looking a little raggity. And for that manner I'd like to be able to hire someone, demand their robe and fire them instead of saying "nancy move" until she walks out of guard zones to kill her for her robe.
