I'm looking to get a Dread Mare! Could anyone help me locate one?

Also I'm trying to find a very good Greater Dragon even if I have to train skills!

Dread Mares don't spawn anymore.
They did during an event some time ago but the event is over.

So the only way to get one is to buy one and they can be VERY expensive and that is IF you find someone having a spare to sell ...
