Leurocian, Traveling Bard, looked it up, and the Dread Flute is a regular instrument that is self-recharging - it can hold up to 700 charges.

Im guessing it's unlikely, not even exceptional.

Yeah, read up on that.
- It's still a rare drop and a nice "thing"...wonder if there's anything else about the flute. If it gave some extra stats it would have been a rare and valued bard-tamer item.

If you succeed music, it does the long wailing noise, if you fail music it does the death scream.
