These have been around, a plague on practically every shard since ren.

Multiple locations - 5 or 6 on GL alone, same house, same vendor, used to sell the same 3 things - broken chair, fruit basket and rocks from Bucs Den or Hair Change Deeds. Most of them are empty now but the vendors still stand.

Now this seems like you are turning they good deeds into a witch hunt..
"Oh the house has been like this for years, lets take it down..."

Ever think maybe the person who owns this house might be over seas right now.. How would you feel if you came back. And all your things are gone..

Nor can I see a problem with this. Sure the house space is seemingly wasted on someone who is not actively playing BUT that does not mean they do not have the right to retain the space if they are paying for it.

I play Lake Superior and know of at least 3 of these same houses on my shard. Been there forever selling the items listed above. But seriously look at this in a different light for a second. They are like 7x7 size houses not castles this person is holding lol get over it. Draconi did a fine job by burning houses that NEEDED burned without a doubt but that does not mean it is time to start burning down every little house you seem to think needs it.

That guy has houses on all (most?) shards (atleast the ones that were open for grandfathered housing), and the vendors are all set up exactly the same.

It's some poor oriental guy (I think) and I PKed him daily for quite awhile as he collected the server up rare spawns.

It's not a script or anything like that. Besides, I hardly think he is making "uber millions and destroying our economy".
