Hey.

Lord British, the last I heard anyway, had left the realm to guard an artifact (a shard of the gem of Mondain) in the Ethereal Void. LB thought he could keep it safe from Minax there.

The Shadowlords, of course, entered Sosaria through......the Ethereal Void (presumably the most convenient point of entry available).

Have they captured Lord British? Are they in possession of the artifact he guarded?

Or is the Void so vast that they could all be hanging out there and never ever run into one another?

LB was turned into a lich and then saved from being a lich from the gargoyles that were in the void, he was then sent back to sosaria but there was a mix up in the voyage and he came back as Inu, just we dont know that yet and neither does he!! LMAO JK..just had too!
last i heard LB ended up on the moon though and his last game went bye bye, they had an all out war and then just shut there servers off...............

You know, the devs probably can't answer this because if I recall, Richard (the spaceman) Garriot, took the rights of the name "Lord British" with him when he left EA.... That is why he is no longer mentioned in any of the current UO Lore and has not been for a very long time.. :)

The void's a big place ... I imagine you could put stuff in and pull stuff out forever without any of it meeting. Might even be some Daleks and Cybermen still spinning around in ... wait ... *wonders if that's the same void* ... *looks around for a time lord* ...*finds one!*

What interests me is that at the beginning of this whole epic arc we stumbled across a book called "The Shattering" which was deemed so important that everyone was given a copy of it in their bank vault. It has a great deal of ominiously important things to say about the metaphysics of the multiverse ... but we never seem to have fully reconnected with it.
