Drachenfels Maintaince Times, What's Going On?

What's the deal with the unpredictable maintenance times on Drachenfels, for ages you could rely on it going down at the same time +/- a few minutes..

Lately it may be up to 40 minutes from "The servers going down shortly" till it actually go down, but seems completely random in that timespan..

What's the deal with that? :)
