Can Dr. Spector’s Lenses be powdered back to 255 after they are repaired?

I took a pair that doesn't have any damage yet and tried using powder of fort on them. Got the message that it can't be improved any further instead of the message you cannot use powder on that item.

Yeah they would need to be below 255/255 to test it out.

I wonder if its yet another artifact they cannot be powered...

I'm gonna guess that "yes" these can be powdered. When I tried using powder on a non-damaged hawkwind's robe it says you cannot use powder on that item.
