Weapon speed will be determined by dexterity, remaining stamina and weight of weapon.
DCI as we know it will change drastically, the more the better, especially while trying to avoid critical strikes.
Critical strikes are at the end of the bar, they are more powerful so you have to wait for it.
All skills can use this system.
Crafters, with the critical hit area for exceptionally made, lumberjacks for resources found, etc... would get rid of afk scripting if you have to click.
