I bought a Dbl Blessed Skullcap Recovered from a shipwreck recently for 10 mill on Europa.

Just a couple of double blessed items (Banada and Wizards Hat). A runebook of Exceptional Quality and a Wooden Box of Exceptional Quality.

Yeah all on Europa. I'm thinking of moving shop to Atlantic though so if I do, I'll take it there.
