Colour aside, a double blessed jester suit is a pretty rare item. I'd say 5-8m.

Risso is probably pretty close to dead on. You may be able to get more depending on the shard, and if the buyer really desires the item. But, 5-8m is a good range.

The 2nd poster is correct though sigil colored clothing is very easy to replicate on a cloth tub, as well as with neon leather dye tubs, neon rune book tubs, furny dye tubs etc.
