Looking for "Cloak" (Blessed) Blessed and Also Boots (Blessed) Blessed

Some info,
The cloak should be something simple to attain, they are pretty common. I will keep an eye out when going through my stuff. (I remember seeing a few in a chest somewhere, just need to remember where)

Some keywords to toss around for the boots however (I assume normal boots, not thigh) would be "Leprechauns", they are hue #1109 (aka emage/Evil Mage or Nightmare color). If possible you should try for a pair of these, they were a part of the 1999 Saint Pattys event.
