Doom Gauntlet questions

I've never been to the Doom Gauntlet but want to soon give it a try. It sounds like fun. Once you've entered the gauntlet and finished a room, must you advance to the next room or can you keep just farming the same room repeatedly? (I'd like to start out small, and just try farming a room for a while.)

The Darknight Creepers.. Stratics shows them as Legendary Mages. Do they deal massive amounts of spell damage? I'm wearing an all 70's suit, but I only have 25% Resist Spells (from items). Should I be concerned? I'd be playing a "Sampire".

You need to kill the bosses in all the 6 room clockwise one by one. A room only spawns if the other room has been cleaned. After that the Dark Fathers spawn. After killing those the room will spawn bosses again. But you have to go from room to room.
You could stay in one room but you would have to wait till all rooms have been cleaned and the dark Fathers.

Gotcha.. so once a room is cleared it won't spawn again until the Dark Fathers are defeated. Thanks!
