Doom Bell Broken

None of my characters can goto doom, when i double click the bell it says it's already been summoned, I can stand there all day and it still says the same thing on all of my characters.

That means there's a Skeleton Dragon that the party before you did not slay. Look around for it and kill it and then you can summon him for a trip to the gauntlet.

There is no skeletal dragon, I ran the entire dungeon and now there's probably 20 new people sitting at the bell since i arrived and it doesnt work for anyone.

What shard are you on? I seen a skel dragon in the dojo on Napa.. I dont know where he came from
