Essence turn-ins has been over the last 5 days. Hythloth was last 2 days and Ilshenar was today.

#2 is the 10th anniversary drop items. They still drop in the anti-virtue dungeons.

got a bronze mallet at my 65th turn in havent bothered with it since.

oddly enough i have never gotten one of the 10th anny items anywhere but despise and have over a hundred hours(at least) in the other anti virtue dungeons.

not sure about the paras but did ettins for a couple hours and no paras,but was a few months ago.

I've gotten 2 Bronze & one Copper mallets so far from turn-ins. I was going to test my luck too with turn-ins, but I need to use up my stash on making elic Frags hammers. Once they nerf the new Relic du jour recipe, I'll go baack to turning in MR's and EE's ...

Really popps, didn't you already get your gonads busted for NOT reading the Imbuing Forums? Come on dude, the links to posts were provided to you and everything. Do a bit of reading and you might get enlightened. Here is a heads up for you: Look into the portions about turning in Essence for Imbuing Scrolls and the possibilities of getting a runic MALLET & CHISEL, not a hammer as stated by the op, but still, it doesn't require a rocket scientist to figure out that he meant mallet and not hammer.

Again, really popps, you don't know about the Anti-Virtue Dungeon Drops???? COME ON DUDE!

And yet I repeat myself once again: REALLY POPPS??? Maybe the dude is looking for paragon chests. They spawn on...wait for it...wait for it...PARAGONS! OR, maybe he's looking for Chocolatiering ingredients for his sweet tooth.?.?!!! And once again I'll restate the fact that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out most of the answers to the questions posed.

To sum it up for you popps, the guy was looking for an answer to whether it was bad luck or a glitch that let him not get what he "MIGHT" have gotten if the RNG was working in his favor...the RNG is what this whole post boils down to, not any of your questions.

To offer up a bit of information to the op:
While training Imbuing (earlier this month), I got a golden mallet and chisel on the 3rd turn in of Enchanted Essence to the questgiver at the SoulForge.
Yesterday, I got a Sentinel’s Guard in Despise on my tamer while training a hiryu. I was there for about an hour and a half straight and got it around the 1 hour 15 minute mark.
During the Pacific EM event last night (it took place in Ilsh), I got a couple Chocolatiering ingredients, no chests, off the paragons.
I would stick with the RNG gods not smiling on you aka "DooDoo luck" and not a glitch.

Sigh......

1. I was turning in Essence in the hope of getting a Hammer and chisel reward.

2. I was hoping for 10th anniversary rewards while clearing a Lower Deamon room and Increasing Fame for a Sacrifice gain later.

3. I was fighting PE's in Ilshenar with my CU for fame gains, again for Sacrificing and for my CU to get gains in healing because of the poison. Paragons are beneficial because of the duration they take to be killed plus the chance for a Marti and Chest drop is nice also.

4. You have played how long?

Sigh.......
