I had posted onto Gilfane's board how I learned to navigate the account management set up. I am reposting it here with the hopes that it might help some others.
Go to https://accounts.eamythic.com/
--- (a) Sign in using the EA Account boxes.
--- (1) Use the email account that they have for your account(s). If you have used more than one email for your accounts, figure out which one you want to use. You might need to create an email address to use for this if you have more than 9 accounts.
--- (2) Use the password you had with EA. If you can’t remember it, you can have them send it to you. They seem to have fixed the bug where it was emailing you in Chinese.
Once you have been signed in, go to the LINK ACCOUNTS tab.
--- (a) For the “Mythic Master Account Name” type in your UO account login name (that you use to get into the game) *but* you must add “_uo” onto the end of it – example: Fred_uo
--- (b) For the password type in your usual “get into the game” password.
--- (c) click CONTINUE
--- (d) this will take you to a new screen. Click CONFIRM. (If you do not do this, it will not add the account.)
--- (e) Rinse and repeat for each UO account you have.
Once you have finished this, log out and then log back in. The accounts you have just “linked” should show up in the drop down box at the top. (It might do this without logging out, but I logged out just as a precaution to make certain it “took.”)
--- (a) Click on the first _uo account in the drop down box. It should now show up on the SUBSCRIPTIONS page – below the Activate a Key, etc. buttons.
--- (b) At this point, there will only be two buttons beneath your account info – “Change Password” and “Activate Key”
--- (c) Click “SET DESCRIPTION” (which is up on the right at the top) – then click your browsers Refresh/Reload button. (If you do not hit the Refresh button, you will not be able to add your credit card info.)
--- (d) Now you should see two additional buttons at the bottom – Update Renewal and Subscribe.
--- (e) Click the SUBSCRIBE button. This will take you to a screen where you can choose how often you pay, etc., and enter your Credit Card information.
--- (f) Give them the info needed and click the CONFIRM button.
Do this for each of your accounts.
The good news is that if you use the same credit card info for all of your accounts, you will not need to re-enter the information for each account.
After this, you will get a mess of emails saying that you have 'subscribed' etc. It may *look* like they have just charged your credit card, BUT THEY HAVE NOT. Sending the 'ping' and collecting the money are two different things. Of course, if your account is actually due, they will take your money.
And that's it. Far too many steps to be convenient. But if we can navigate through the multiple steps in an in-game Quest or a puzzle room, then look at this as another challenge. The way I looked at it, I was not about to be "defeated" by a poorly-designed account migration. And if you cannot link your accounts, please call them.
