A lot of players cant play since FOUR weeks

So...

If my computer hard drive dies and I can't play, does that mean EA/Mythic is responsible for fixing it? After all, the lag isn't caused by EA equipment, just how much do you really expect is their responsibility?

How do you know the lag isn't caused by EA's equipment?

Your post is insulting, to say the least.

I ping fine to their servers and there is no packet loss. My computer and internet connection are functioning properly.

There is a problem on EA's end.

It is absolutely ridiculous that this has gone on for so long. And still no word from the Dev team on an ETA for this fix.

I already removed active billing info so when my month is up, I wont be re-activating until I know the problem is fixed. I feel bad for anyone on a 3-6-12 month plan.

'Ignoring' is pretty harsh...

As far as an ETA for a fix....maybe there isn't one yet? Maybe the issue is still being looked at?

Regardless - this thread is done ( sorry to the OP ).
