Lord Arm you are not alone in this....this issue happened to me 2 years ago. Well, it returned.....I paged a GM 3 times, yes, I said 3. I do not have hours to sit and wait....I have a family, and a life.
I wrote to Mesanna, who promptly came and destroyed my old rugs. A week later, I had 2 MIBS. I have 2 accounts, my houses are customizable s, side by side. Mesanna told me before I go into custom mode, to be sure the rugs were free of any bottles. First house I removed the bottle and went on to decorate and remodel. The second house, I left the bottle alone.
Well guess what? Into the third week.....first house has nothing and the second house has two bottles.
I wrote to Mesanna again, a few days back, and haven't heard of anything.....I wrote to UO Tech support and was told 5 minutes ago, I have to sit and wait for a GM. That I cannot do.
Somethings up with these rugs. But, will they acknowledge this??
I am going to rewrite Mesanna again.....I'm losing out on MIBS.
