Does transfer token work?

Anyone knows what happened to transfer token? I just tried to transfer from Oceana to Atl shard. When the token comes to the shard choice menu, all shards are grey, I cannot go any shard. So weird..

Generally if you encounter a problem like this it's because the shards aren't on the same patches. You can't transfer between shards that haven't been patched.
