Does this nightmare have stats worth keeping?

308 health, 104 stamina, 113 mana, 513 strength, 104 dex, 113 int.

resists are 62 phys, 40 fire, 35 cold, 40 poison and 25 energy.

The resists look pretty good but how I don't know what is a good amount of health for a nightmare to have, can anyone tell me what is the max and what is generally worth keeping?
