Does the Berserkers Scythe still have a chance to infect?

I don't know but if it does I want one 
I'm 99% sure it doesn't. The devs said a little while ago that they were considering ways to reuse old event code (like the minax artifacts reused as artifacts of doom) so maybe they'll do something similar to blackrock infection in the future.
