[Discussion] Does someone has any idea on this a book?

Hi,
I have a strange looking book in my library.
It looks like a server birth book, but it is showing me a web site address
when I mouse over this book.
Usually, these books say 'a book ' I thought.

So I have no idea where this book came from or who made it.
I want know this book details what can I make ? can I rewrite or not ?
can keep locked down in my house etc.etc..
(hidden the web site address for privacy for just in case)
Please give me your idea if you know

Brian let us know that this is Seer item from long ago man. Some information about it is listed in this super old Stratics page here: UO Stratics - Stories & Secrets - Items & Artifacts - Atlantic. Tail asked me to let you know what we found out. A few of them were auctioned off in Brian's auctions a month ago or so, but we chose to keep ours for Tail's library. Please let us know if you need any additional information about it, but Brian's the one with all the knowledge. Thank you @BrianFreud!

I got this book a long, long time ago, maybe 7 years ago on Pacific.
It's been in my bank with many crap items and it had many chances
to be thrown away to make bank space!
Thank you very much @BrianFreud! If you didn't tell me this book's value,
that might had happened!
Now this book is sitting down in my library's main place!
