Oh, u mean Sicarii can be done repeatedly to get more of those "Big Webs"?
I thought its only to be done once per character, but Ive read about people hoarding those gossamer things.
Ive not been there yet (still waiting for a volunteer to lead me around ^^), so Im not sure what to expect other than reading the excellent walkthru at UOGuide.
You can do the quest once per character, the quest will end with you killing sicarii or dealing enough damage to get looting rights, once thats done you will recieve a venom sac, and spinner. Venom sac as far as i know can be used in the graveyards on those daemon pilliar looking thingies, not sure what it does, or if theres any other uses for venom sacs. You then need 10 gossamir thingies found as loot on the lesser spiders that are in sicariis dungeon room. Takes 10 gossamirs and spinner to make a large web deed.
Otherwise once you started quest and have made it as far as getting into sicariis room area, you can stay in and kill her as many times as you want, she drops gold, and junk, and possibly gossamir, venom sac, and very rarely small spider web. Just have to restart quest to get more spinners with your other characters to make large web deeds.
