Does mysticism work like magery with capping your fc/fcr? I am thinking about making a mystic dexer with 4/6 chiv. But I am wondering if like magery would mysticim reduce my 4/6 to a 2/6 when casting chiv spells?

Mysticism = same as Magery
Having it at 70 or above = reduce chiv spells to fc 2/6
