Does Eval Int effect EVs?

Just like the title says. Will eval int effect duration or overall strength of the EV once summoned?

eval int increase only the damage of offensive spells which need a target, like fireball, energy bolt or meteor sawrm.

it increase the amount of points which added to you, or decrease the stats of your opponent by using bless/curse.

Summoning arent effected by EI.

And exactly what makes you think this info is accurate? Like where did you get that info?

I think it was in 1 of publishes last year. I definitly read about it somewhere.

I thought eval made them harder to dispel, but I'm not certain of that.
