Does eval int affect spellweaving or necro spells?

Im mostly wondering about spellweaving, but I added necro just because I figured it would be good to know (i have a necro mage in the works, but I am going to try spellweaving on my main char)

Eval doesnt do anything for those spells as far as im aware.

Spellweaving doesnt have a complimantary skill like eval at all, just stack as much SDI as possible on your suit.

Necromancy spells are based on Spirit Speak, not Eval.
