Hi, I was wondering if having specific skills help with LMC, say, 120 Bushido + Tacts + combat skills = 40% LMC.

Not that I'm aware of....
But there is this -
The Mana Cost of each special move can be reduced if the warrior's skills are high enough. Add up the skill points for Swords, Mace Fighting, Fencing, Archery, Parrying, Lumberjacking, Stealth, Poisoning, Bushido and Ninjitsu. If the total lies between 200 and 299, subtract 5 from the Mana Cost. If the total is 300 or more, subtract 10 from the Mana Cost. - Taken from - Special Moves Page

ai (30) with no mana disount: 30 mana
ai (30) with 1st mana discount (-5) and 40 lmc: 15
ai (30) with 2nd mana discount (-10) and 40 lmc: 12
my rounding might be off, but you can see how the mana discount and lmc has a large impact on reducing the mana required for specials...
