does 'Cold Wind' do anything????

i put 'Cold Wind' on 2 critters on TC and went out to test it, was the only thing i put on the pet.
didnt see it do anything.

has anyone seen this special at work?

i was checking mana too and nothing.

Not as far as I know. Did it cost anything to add? On cu sidhes it appears to cost 0 points

Cold drakes can learn it too, from memory I think it cost 0 or 1 to learn. Someone on Oceania did try it and said it only did I think 1 damage each tick as a dot

Some one ( a really nice guy on Siege) gave me a Frost Mite - waiting for it to bond before i play with it - but it has cold wind.
