At first I thought it brought me luck... I lost con in a room full of green goblins and was able to get back in before they killed me...
But then only 5 mins later... full of loot.. was killing last goblin before I wanted to recall out I was hit by a major lagspike and just watched the goblin slowly kill me without me being able to do a thing about it... so much for luck
