Does a Sampire need healing?

I have this build.

120 bushido
120 parry
100 sword
99 necro (+20 midnight bracers)
90 tactics
96 healing
100 anatomy

only a 1 yr vet.

With the Life Drain from VE, and a HSL HML HLL weapon, would I need to have bandaid healing at all? Could I drop my 96 healing for 60 or so Chiv and put the rest into topping off my dmg skills? I dont think I've used a bandaid in a while.

Most sampire templates DON'T use healing. You need your swords at 115-120, put the rest into chivalry. You will be fine. You really DO want 120 weapon skill if you can, and chiv is invaluable.

Thank you for that. I had chivalry and dropped it and some of my warrior skills to get the necro I needed. Dropping healing will let me top off my anat/tactics/swords and pick up chiv again for obvious reasons.

Anatomy/Tactics at 100 is also fine, but not below, for the matter of evasion bonus...

I drop parry, get 100 healing, and bring either tactics or anatomy to 120. Just because I do less solo stuff and more group stuff.

Yes, most people drop parry in order to fit healing onto their template. If they solo they use parry, if they do more group-oriented work, they don't use parry.

A few people don't use parry at all.

Well you know that parry does not work with archery, so it would be the skills implemented that Ender pretty much said.

You can run vamp form, but it is just not the same thing.

In fact I setup my character with a much larger mana pool then normal. It is your choice whether you run with healing or not. Depending on what you fight, you might find the need to have it. Personally I run with resist. Blood oath sucks.
