Does a 50% SSI lance exist?

I looted a 50% Swing Speed Increase heavy cross bow from the invasion spawn.

I was wondering if anyone has found a lance with 50% SSI on it? I would be very interested in trading something for it, or buying it. No other mod matters to me.

Does anyone even know if that mod is possible on a lance?
